生物素抗体（33）是IgG1κ小鼠单克隆生物素抗体，也称为生物素抗体或CAS 58-85-5抗体，通过WB、IP和IF检测游离和载体蛋白结合的生物素，FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。生物素是一种水溶性B复合维生素，是所有生物体都需要的，但只能由酵母、霉菌、藻类、一些植物物种和细菌合成。生物素是一种与脲基（四氢酰亚胺单体）环稠合的四氢噻吩环，在合成脂肪酸、代谢亮氨酸和糖异生的必要代谢反应的催化中具有重要作用。人体肠道细菌通常会产生超过人体每日生物素需求量的细菌。生物素在自然界中广泛存在，尽管极为罕见，但生物素缺乏与皮炎、恶心、脱发、抑郁、肌肉疼痛和生殖障碍有关。

What is the species reactivity of this Biotin monoclonal antibody? Can it be used with human samples?
