    SEE ALSO...

Bcl-7b Antibody (NQ-B25) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Bcl-7b of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Bcl-7b antibody (NQ-B25) is available as a non-conjugated format. Bcl-7b, also known as B-cell CLL/lymphoma 7B, consists of 202 amino acids and exists in multiple alternatively spliced isoforms, which adds complexity to functional roles. Bcl-7b is expressed ubiquitously and participates in critical cellular processes such as cell cycle regulation and apoptosis, making Bcl-7b significant in tumorigenesis, particularly in lung cancer. Bcl-7b haploinsufficiency is associated with cardiovascular and musculoskeletal abnormalities seen in Williams-Beuren syndrome. Bcl-7b can interact with immunoglobulin E (IgE) in patients with atopic dermatitis, suggesting a potential role as an autoantigen and involvement in allergic responses. The gene encoding Bcl-7b is located on human chromosome 7, a region harboring over 1,000 genes linked to several genetic disorders, including Osteogenesis imperfecta and Shwachman-Diamond syndrome. These multifaceted roles in both normal physiology and disease underscore Bcl-7b importance as a target for research and therapeutic interventions.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good antibody for WesternGave strong signal on Western blot but did have to reprobe blot a second night at a higher dilution of antibody. Not the greatest workflow but did get good, crisp bands. Maybe need to start with higher dilution first night.
