Bcl-6 Antibody (D-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 kappa light chain antibody designed to detect Bcl-6 protein, also known as BCL6 transcription repressor, across mouse, rat, and human species using western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry (IHCP) techniques. Bcl-6 monoclonal antibody (D-8) targets an epitope spanning amino acids 3-484 at the N-terminus of human Bcl-6 protein, ensuring precise and reliable binding.
