    SEE ALSO...

Bcl-11a/b Antibody (F-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects Bcl-11a and Bcl-11b proteins of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Bcl-11a/b antibody (F-10) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Bcl-11a and Bcl-11b proteins are critical transcription factors involved in lymphopoiesis, which is the process of lymphocyte development, and play significant roles in the progression of hematopoietic malignancies. Bcl-11b is associated with T cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia, and disruption can lead to T cell lymphoma, highlighting the importance of these proteins in maintaining normal immune function. Bcl-11a is essential for postnatal development and normal lymphocyte formation, while Bcl-11a gene is frequently targeted by retroviral integration in myeloid leukemia, suggesting a potential role as a leukemia disease gene, particularly through interactions with other proteins such as Bcl-6. Bcl-11b interacts with metastasis-associated proteins MTA1 and MTA2, further emphasizing involvement in complex regulatory networks within the cell.
