ATF-6β Antibody (4D10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects ATF-6 beta protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-ATF-6 beta antibody (4D10) is available as the non-conjugated form. ATF-6 beta protein plays a crucial role in the cellular response to endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress, functioning as a transcription factor that regulates the expression of genes involved in protein folding and degradation.
