SEE ALSO...

ATAD3B Antibody (A-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects ATAD3B of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-ATAD3B antibody (A-8) is available in a non-conjugated form, allowing for versatile applications in various experimental settings. ATAD3B is a member of the AAA ATPase family, characterized by a highly conserved AAA domain crucial for ATPase activity. ATAD3B plays a significant role in mitochondrial function, particularly in stabilizing nucleoids, which are essential for maintaining mitochondrial DNA integrity and organization. ATAD3B functions are vital for cellular processes such as organelle biogenesis and vesicle-mediated protein transport, which are critical for cellular homeostasis and energy production. ATAD3B has been implicated in the transformation pathway and chemosensitivity of oligodendrogliomas, highlighting potential relevance in cancer biology. Three isoforms of ATAD3B arise from alternative splicing, contributing to diverse functional roles within the cell.
