Asf1 Antibody (D-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Asf1 protein of Saccharomyces cerevisiae origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-Asf1 antibody (D-6) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Asf1, also known as anti-silencing function 1, plays a crucial role in DNA repair and chromatin dynamics, which are essential for maintaining genomic stability. Specifically, Asf1 is involved in the assembly and disassembly of nucleosomes, a process vital for regulating gene expression and DNA accessibility.
