ASC抗体（B-3）是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆ASC抗体（也称为TMS1抗体或PYCARD抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的ASC蛋白。ASC抗体（B-3）既有非偶联的抗ASC抗体形式，也有多种偶联形式的抗ASC抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。半胱天冬酶相关招募结构域（CARDs）介导凋亡过程中衔接蛋白（如Apaf-1）与半胱天冬酶原（如CASP9）之间的相互作用。ASC（含CARD的凋亡相关斑点样蛋白，也称为TMS1或PYCARD）是含CARD的衔接蛋白家族成员。ASC是一种含195个氨基酸的蛋白质，包含一个N端Pyrin样结构域（PYD）和一个87个残基的C端CARD。该基序是许多参与凋亡信号的蛋白质的特征。荧光显微镜显示在某些转染细胞中呈环状表达。免疫荧光显微镜显示，凋亡的诱导会导致CARD依赖性从弥漫性细胞质表达向点状或球形核周聚集体的转变。Western印迹分析显示ASC在白血病和黑色素瘤细胞系中的表达。ASC在维甲酸和其他抗肿瘤药物诱导的凋亡过程中，通过形成聚集体并以斑点形式出现而表现出有趣的行为。ASC基因定位于人类染色体16p11.2。

Hi, there were references concerning the N-15 antibody and flow cytometry usage for intracellular staining of ASC, especially for speck formation. Do you have any data or customer feedback indicating that the B-3 antibody would work for this application?

Thank you for your question. This antibody sc-514414 is recommended for detection of ASC of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) and ELISA. We currently do not have data for an application in FCM for this product.
