QUICK LINKS

ARF Inhibitory Peptide (P-13) has shown to have a number of inhibitory effects. Through inhibition of ARF activity the peptide can block the secretion of proteins through inhibition of trasnport from endoplasmic reticulum to the Golgi apparatus and intra-Golgi transport. ARF Inhibitory Peptide (P-13) can also block endosome fusion in vitro as well as display inhibitory effects on cholera toxin.
