Anti-apoOL Antibody (G-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a (kappa light chain) apoOL antibody provided at 200 µg/ml
specific for an epitope mapping between amino acids 239-262 near the C-terminus of apoOL of human origin
Anti-apoOL Antibody (G-6) is recommended for detection of apoOL of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) and ELISA; also reactive with additional species, including and equine, canine and bovine
Anti-apoOL Antibody (G-6) is available conjugated to agarose for IP; HRP for WB, IHC(P) and ELISA; and to either phycoerythrin or FITC for IF, IHC(P) and FCM
also available conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 488, Alexa Fluor® 546, Alexa Fluor® 594 or Alexa Fluor® 647 for WB (RGB), IF, IHC(P) and FCM, and for use with RGB fluorescent imaging systems, such as iBright™ FL1000, FluorChem™, Typhoon, Azure and other comparable systems
also available conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 680 or Alexa Fluor® 790 for WB (NIR), IF and FCM; for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR®Odyssey®, iBright™ FL1000, FluorChem™, Typhoon, Azure and other comparable systems

apoOL Antibody (G-6) is a high quality monoclonal apoOL antibody (also designated apoOL antibody) suitable for the detection of the apoOL protein of mouse, rat and human origin. apoOL Antibody (G-6) is available as both the non-conjugated anti-apoOL antibody form, as well as multiple conjugated forms of anti-apoOL antibody, including agarose, HRP, PE, FITC and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Apolipoproteins are a family of fatty-acid binding proteins that transport fat through the bloodstream in the form of lipoproteins. ApoO promotes the transport of cholesterol from macrophage cells and may be involved in regulatory mechanisms that protect lipid accumulation within the heart. ApoO is present in high density lipoproteins (HDLs) and low density lipoproteins (LDLs), and is secreted by an MTP (microsomal triglyceride transfer protein)-dependent mechanism. ApoOL (apolipoprotein O-like), also known as FAM121A, is a 268 amino acid secreted protein belonging to the apolipoprotein O family and may be involved in cholesterol transport. ApoOL is encoded by a gene located on human chromosome X, which contains nearly 153 million base pairs and houses over 1,000 genes.
