apoL3 Antibody (L07) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects the apoL3 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-apoL3 antibody (L07) is available as the non-conjugated isotype antibody. apoL3 (L07) monoclonal antibody recognizes a member of the apolipoprotein L gene family, which consists of six highly homologous proteins associated with high-density lipoproteins (HDL). These proteins play a crucial role in lipid metabolism and transport, influencing cellular lipid homeostasis and potentially impacting various physiological processes.
