Anthralin is a leukotriene biosynthesis inhibitor. Inhibits LTB4 ω-oxidation and disrupts mitochondria function. Anthralin is used in the treatment of psoriasis, as a fungicide, in the treatment of ringworm infections and in chronic dermatoses.
