QUICK LINKS

Antalarmin hydrochloride is a non-peptide CRF-RI (type 1 corticotropin-releasing factor; CR1) receptor antagonist. CRF-RI belongs to the family of CRF receptors, which are involved in modifying the autonomic, behavioral, and endocrine immune response to stress. Reports indicate that Antalarmin blocks ACTH release stimulated by CRH, and inflammation induced by carageenin. A structural analog of Antalarmin is CP 154526 (sc-205268). We supply the Antalarmin hydrochloride form.
