Annexin V Kit: sc-4252 AK
- The Annexin V Apoptosis Detection Kit utilizes FITC-conjugated Annexin V protein for detection of cells undergoing apoptosis. Annexin V FITC binds to the membranes of apoptotic cells, displaying a characteristic staining pattern that may be viewed by fluorescence microscopy.
- Sufficient for 100 tests using 0.5 µg of Annexin V FITC per sample
- Kit includes:
- 50 µg/250 µl buffer full length Annexin V protein corresponding to amino acids 1-319 of human origin conjugated to FITC fluorochrome
- 5 ml 10x assay buffer
- 2 ml Propidium Iodide at 50 µg/ml in PBS
