ANK-1 Antibody (8G6) is a rat monoclonal IgM antibody that detects ANK-1 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and flow cytometry (FCM). Anti-ANK-1 antibody (8G6) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including phycoerythrin (PE) and fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC). ANK-1 is a critical component of neural cell adhesion molecules (NCAMs), which are essential for mediating cell-to-cell interactions during development and play a significant role in embryogenesis.
