Ang-2 Antibody (F-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Ang-2 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Ang-2 (F-1) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Ang-2 protein plays a crucial role in regulating angiogenesis and vascular remodeling, acting as a natural antagonist to angiopoietin-1 (Ang-1) in the Tie-2 signaling pathway.
