α1D-AR Antibody (F-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects α1D-AR of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-α1D-AR antibody (F-10) is available as the non-conjugated form. The alpha 1D-adrenergic receptor (α1D-AR) plays a crucial role in sympathetic regulation of systemic blood pressure through coupling to Gq/11, which mediates vasoconstriction. α1D-AR (F-10) antibody recognizes this receptor predominantly in tissues such as the prostate and aorta, where α1D-AR contributes to modulation of vascular tone and blood flow.
