Is the epitope of the discontinued a-syn C-20 (sc-7011-R) antibody the same then the recommended a-syn Syn211 (#sc-12767)? Thanks a lot.

Thank you for your question. sc-12767 was raised against the amino acids in position 121-125 of human α-synuclein. sc-7011-R was raised against the C-terminus of α-synuclein of human origin.

What dilution of antibody should I use for Western blot?
