QUICK LINKS

Adenylyl(3′ 5′)cytidine is an adenosine-containing dinucleotide which is beneficial for the survival and proliferation of neurofibroma (NF1). Alternates show that Adenylyl(3′ 5′)cytidine binds to ribonuclease-A in a manner that is different than uridylyl-3′,5′-adenosine. The cytidine moiety of the molecule can bind to the B1 and R1 sites on the enzyme, while the phosphate group binds to the non-specific site and the adenosine portion is not in a fixed position.
