Adenosine A2A-R Antibody (7F6-G5-A2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Adenosine A2A-R protein in mouse, rat, and human samples through western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), flow cytometry (FCM), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Adenosine A2A-R antibody (7F6-G5-A2) comes in non-conjugated form and various conjugates, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® options. Adenosine A2A receptor resides primarily on cell surfaces, playing a crucial role in adenosine signaling pathways that regulate coronary vasodilation and neurotransmitter release. Located strategically on the cell membrane, Adenosine A2A-R responds quickly to changes in extracellular adenosine levels, influencing cardiovascular function and neuroprotection. Adenosine A2A-R interacts with G proteins for signal transduction and partners with other receptors to maintain cellular homeostasis and stress response. Research into Adenosine A2A-R function and interactions continues to drive development of new treatments for cardiovascular diseases and neurodegenerative disorders.

Dear, which Ab dilution, temperature and incubation time do you recommend for the sc-32261 FITC staining on mouse cells for FACS analysis? Any specific protocols? I guess I need to fix and permeabilize since the epitope is intracellular.  Thanks

How can I use this mouse monoclonal primary antibody for use with mouse samples?

Asked by: Anonymous
The use of mouse-host antibodies on mouse samples is typically not problematic. To reduce nonspecific binding by a secondary reagent, a conjugated form of the primary antibody can be used. Adenosine A2A-R Antibody (7F6-G5-A2): sc-32261 is available conjugated to HRP (sc-32261 HRP), phycoerythrin (sc-32261 PE), fluoroscein (sc-32261 FITC), Alexa Fluor® 488 (sc-32261 AF488), Alexa Fluor® 647 (sc-32261 AF647), and PerCP (sc-32261 PerCP).
