A1 Antibody (B-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects the A1 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). A1 (B-3) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. A1 protein, also known as Bfl-1, is a member of the Bcl-2 family, which plays a crucial role in regulating apoptosis, a process essential for maintaining cellular homeostasis and tissue integrity.
