(3S)-3-Hydroxy Quinidine-vinyl-d3 is a deuterated derivative of 3-Hydroxyquinidine. 3-Hydroxyquinidine itself is a derivative of quinidine. Quinidine affects the flow of sodium ions in heart tissue.
