3-(4-Isopropylbenzylidenyl)indolin-2-one is a non-selective inhibitor of receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs). It inhibits PDGFR, FLK-1, EGFR, HER-2, IGF-1R RTKs (IC50 ~5-25μM). 3-(4-Isopropylbenzylidenyl)indolin-2-one consists primarily of the E-isomer; contains ~5% of the Z-isomer.
