3-(3-tert-Butyl-4-methoxybenzylidenyl)indolin-2-one is a selective receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK) inhibitor. Inhibits HER-2 RTK (IC50 ~13μM). 3-(3-tert-Butyl-4-methoxybenzylidenyl)indolin-2-one consists predominantly of the E-isomer, contains ~10% of the Z-isomer.
