A synthetic PGA1 analog that shares common structural features with 15-deoxy-Δ12,14-PGJ2, which is a ligand for PPARγ.1 Antimitotic and antitumor activity have been reported for a similar analog,2 but there are no published reports on the biological activity of 15-deoxy-Δ12,14-PGA1 at this time.
