QUICK LINKS

13,14-Dihydro-prostaglandin E1 (PGE0) is the hydrogenated circulating metabolite of PGE1 (sc-201223). This compound shows similar vasodilation activity to PGE1, inhibits platelet aggregation, and demonstrates antimitotic activity. It has been shown that this product had an affect on vascular wall lipid metabolism by decreasing low-density lipoprotein influx into the aortic wall.
