YTHD 항체

YTHDF3 항체(F-2)는 마우스, 쥐 및 인간 유래의 YTHDF3 단백질을 WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) 및 ELISA로 검출하는 IgG2a κ 마우스 모노클로날 YTHDF3 항체입니다. YTHDF3 항체(F-2)는 비접합 항-YTHDF3 항체 형태와 아가로스, HRP, PE, FITC 및 여러 Alexa Fluor® 접합체를 포함한 여러 접합 형태의 항-YTHDF3 항체 형태로 제공됩니다. YTH 도메인 패밀리 단백질군(YTHDF)에는 YTHDF1, YTHDF2 및 TYHDF3이 포함됩니다. 암 추정 자가항원 1(DACA-1)과 관련된 피부근염으로도 지정된 YTHDF1은 559개의 아미노산 단백질로, 잠재적 RNA 결합 도메인인 YTH 도메인 하나를 포함하고 있습니다. 고포도당 조절 단백질 8, CLL 관련 항원 KW-14 또는 신장암종 항원 NY-REN-2로도 지정된 YTHDF2는 579개의 아미노산 단백질로, 역시 하나의 YTH 도메인을 포함하고 있습니다.
