    톨립 항체(Kimmy-2)는 마우스, 쥐 및 인간 유래의 톨립 단백질을 웨스턴 블롯팅(WB), 면역 침전(IP), 면역 형광(IF) 및 면역 조직 화학으로 검출하는 마우스 단일 클론 IgG1 항체입니다. 항-톨립 항체(키미-2)는 비접합 형태로 제공됩니다. 톨 상호작용 단백질로 알려진 톨립은 톨 유사 수용체(TLR) 경로의 음성 조절자로서 작용하여 선천성 면역 신호를 조절하는 데 중요한 역할을 합니다. 특히, 톨립은 세린/트레오닌 키나아제 IRAK과 상호작용하여 수용체 활성화 시 IL-1 수용체 복합체에 연결하여 염증 반응을 조절하는 데 필수적인 역할을 합니다. HEK293 세포에서 Tollip을 과발현하면 TLR2 및 TLR4 신호에 반응하여 NFκB 활성화를 억제하여 염증 및 감염 시 염증 매개체의 생성을 제한합니다. 또한, 톨립은 유비퀴틴화된 단백질의 소포체 이동을 조절하는 데 필수적인 Tom1과 복합체를 형성하여 세포 과정에서 그 중요성을 강조합니다. 톨립은 마우스 조직에서 유비쿼터스적으로 발현되어 다양한 생물학적 맥락에서 면역 조절에 대한 근본적인 역할을 강조합니다.

    Hi, I want to know whether this antibody can detect other isoforms or not? Thanks.

    Thank you for your question. We have not specifically tested this monoclonal antibody, Tollip (Kimmy-2): sc-59720, to determine potential cross-reactivity with different isoforms of Tollip. Based on the Western blot data published on our website, the antibody does detect the full-length protein (isoform 1) in the cell lines and transfected lysates tested.

    Thank you for your question. This mouse monoclonal antibody, Tollip (Kimmy-2): sc-59720, is raised against a full-length recombinant protein corresponding to amino acids 1-247 of Tollip of mouse origin. The exact epitope recognized by this antibody has not been determined.

    Thank you for your question. Yes, sc-59720: Tollip (Kimmy-2) is recommended for use in IHC with paraffin-embedded sections.     Rated 2 out of 5 by from good for PLA proximity ligationThis antibody is ok for PLA proximity ligation assay. However, it is not very good to use for WB. I diluted the antibody 1:200, and used very high concentration of lysate on the gel. However, the antibody can't detect the protein very well. There were multiple bands and very faint. It took a long time to detect a faint band.
