TARDBP 항체(H-8)는 마우스, 쥐 및 인간 유래의 TARDBP를 WB, IP, IF 및 ELISA로 검출하는 IgG1 κ 마우스 모노클로날 TARDBP 항체입니다. TARDBP 항체(H-8)는 비접합 항-TARDBP 항체 형태뿐만 아니라 아가로스, HRP, PE, FITC 및 여러 Alexa Fluor® 접합체를 포함한 여러 접합 형태의 항-TARDBP 항체 형태로도 사용할 수 있습니다. TARDBP(TAR DNA 결합 단백질)는 TDP-43으로도 알려져 있으며, 두 개의 RRM(RNA 인식 모티프) 도메인을 포함하는 핵 단백질입니다. 태반, 폐, 췌장, 비장 및 생식기에서 가장 높은 수준으로 발견되는 유비쿼터스적으로 발현되는 TARDBP는 DNA 결합 단백질로 기능하며 HIV의 TAR DNA 서열 모티프에 특이적으로 결합합니다. TAR 모티프와의 이러한 연관성을 통해 TARDBP는 전사 억제제로 작용하여 HIV-1 전사를 억제합니다. Do you have more detailed info on the epitope recognized by either of your N-terminal TDP-43 monoclonal antibodies H8 or E10, i.e. more than their being raised against residues 1-89? Also, which works best on blots?

Thank you for your question. We have not further epitope mapped the recognition sites for any of our TARDBP antibodies. The (E-10) and (H-8) clones are both raised against the same recombinant protein corresponding to amino acids 1-89 of human origin, but they do recognize different epitopes within this range. Both antibodies work equally well in Western blotting, however we would recommend our TARDBP (E-10): sc-376311 because it has been cited in a publication for Western blot. What is the recommended fixation method for immunofluorescence staining with TARDBP (H-8): sc-376532 monoclonal antibody?
