Rap 1 Antibody (E-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Rap 1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Rap 1 (E-6) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Rap 1 protein, encoded by RAP1A and RAP1B genes, plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways, particularly in regulating cell adhesion and migration, which are vital processes in development, immune response, and cancer metastasis.
