PTTG 항체(DCS-280)는 마우스 단일 클론 IgG2a 카파 경쇄 항체로, 마우스, 쥐 및 인간 유래의 PTTG 단백질을 웨스턴 블롯팅(WB), 면역 침전(IP), 면역 형광(IF), 면역 조직 화학 및 효소 연결 면역 흡착 분석(ELISA)으로 검출합니다. PTTG(DCS-280) 항체는 아가로스, 홀스래디쉬 퍼옥시다제(HRP), 피코에리스린(PE), 플루오레세인 이소티오시안산염(FITC) 및 다중 Alexa Fluor® 접합체를 포함한 비접합 형태와 다양한 접합 형태로 제공됩니다. 뇌하수체 종양 형질 전환 유전자라고도 알려진 PTTG 단백질은 유사 분열 시 염색질 분리에 필수적인 세퍼린 Esp1을 구체적으로 조절하는 아나파제 억제제로 작용하여 세포 주기 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다. 이 기능은 적절한 염색체 분리를 보장하여 많은 암의 특징인 염색체 불안정성을 예방하는 데 도움이 됩니다. Thank you for your inquiry. The use of mouse monoclonal antibodies with mouse samples is very common and typically poses no problem. To eliminate any potential cross-reactivity of an anti-mouse secondary detection reagent, PTTG (DCS-280): sc-56207 is available in a variety of direct conjugations, such as HRP, PE, FITC and AlexaFluors.
