Ob-R 항체(B-3)는 WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) 및 ELISA에 의해 마우스, 랫드 및 인간 출처의 Ob-R 단백질을 검출하는 IgG1 κ 마우스 단일 클론 Ob-R 항체(LEPR 항체 또는 렙틴 수용체 항체로도 지정됨)이다. Ob-R 항체(B-3)는 비 conjug 결합 항-Ob-R 항체 형태뿐만 아니라 아가로오스, HRP, PE, FITC 및 다중 Alexa Fluor® 접합체를 포함한 다중 접합 형태의 항-Ob-R 항체로 사용할 수 있다. 체중이 생리학적으로 조절된다는 상당한 증거가 있지만, 비만의 분자적 기초는 알려져 있지 않다. 비만 표현형을 초래하는 마우스의 5개의 단일 유전자 돌연변이가 확인되었다. 이러한 첫 번째 열성 비만 돌연변이인 비만 돌연변이(Ob)는 1950년에 확인되었다. Ob는 고도로 보존된 167개의 아미노산 개방 판독 프레임을 갖는 지방 조직 특이적 mRNA를 인코딩한다. 예측된 아미노산 서열은 인간과 마우스 사이에 84% 동일하고 분비된 단백질의 특징을 갖는다. 코돈 105의 말도 안 되는 돌연변이가 원래의 선천적인 C57BL/6J Ob/Ob 마우스 균주에서 발견되었다. Ob 유전자는 단백질 렙틴을 인코딩한다. Ob-R로 명명된 렙틴 수용체는 IL-6, G-CSF 및 LIF 수용체의 gp130 신호 전달 성분과 가장 유사한 단일 막-spanning 수용체인 것으로 나타났다. Ob-R mRNA는 맥락총과 시상하부에서 발현된다.

Hello, is this the same anti-leptin receptor antibody SC biotech sold in 2001? It worked great but gave conflicting results. I see that several anti-leptin receptor Abs were discontinued by SC, so wondering if this is the same or new?

Thank you for your question. This mouse monoclonal antibody has been available for a long time and was sold in 2001. It has not changed. Santa Cruz Biotechnology discontinued all of our polyclonal antibodies in 2016 and we now exclusively focus on development high quality monoclonal antibodies.

Merci pour votre question. Anticorps Ob-R (B-3): sc-8391 n'a pas été testé en cytométrie en flux. Toutefois, vous pouvez trouver des informations sur cette utilisation dans la publication PMID 24098717. "Under what conditions can this antibody be used in flow cytometry?" Thank you for your question. Ob-R Antibody (B-3): sc-8391 has not been tested in flow cytometry. However, you can find information on this use in publication PMID 24098717.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from works for immunohystochemistyI've been using it in both, free floating brain slices and ovary slices on glass slides. Perfect for DAB with ABC amplification: 1:1,000 gives very clear staining for both applications. Fluorescence is little bit trickier. I have to pre-incubate with superblock/serum for at least 10 hours at 0C to get rid of high background. Still, for 1:50 there is some background and 1:100 is too weak.
