NPY 항체(F-6)는 마우스, 쥐 및 인간 유래의 NPY 단백질을 WB, IP, IF 및 ELISA로 검출하는 IgG2a κ 마우스 단일 클론 NPY 항체(프리프로-뉴로펩티드 Y 항체, 프로-뉴로펩티드 Y 항체 또는 PYY4 항체로도 지정됨)입니다. NPY 항체(F-6)는 비접합 항-NPY 항체 형태뿐만 아니라 아가로스, HRP, PE, FITC 및 여러 Alexa Fluor® 접합체를 포함한 여러 접합 형태의 항-NPY 항체 형태로도 사용할 수 있습니다. NPY 호르몬 계열은 NPY, PP 및 펩타이드 YY로 구성됩니다. NPY(신경펩타이드 Y)는 36개의 아미노산 단백질로 폴리프롤린 스트레치와 양친매성 α 나선으로 구성되어 있습니다. NPY는 췌장 폴리펩타이드 유전자(PP)와 50%의 아미노산 상동성을 공유합니다. NPY는 중추 및 말초 신경계, 특히 피질의 깊은 층과 백질의 작은 세포체에서 발현됩니다.
