추가 MEL-1 항체 및 MEL-1A-R

MEL-1A/B-R 항체(B-8)는 마우스, 쥐 및 인간 유래의 MEL-1A-R 및 MEL-1B-R을 WB, IP, IF 및 ELISA로 검출하는 IgM κ 마우스 단일 클론 MEL-1A/B-R 항체입니다. MEL-1A/B-R 항체(B-8)는 비접합 항-MEL-1A/B-R 항체 형태로 제공됩니다. 멜라토닌(Mel)은 송과선에서 분비되는 호르몬으로, 일주기 시계에 반응하여 밤에 발현됩니다. 멜라토닌은 생식 생리적 발달과 성적 성숙의 진행을 조절하는 데 관여하는 것으로 생각되며, 종양 형성에도 역할을 하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. 멜라토닌 수용체인 멜-1A-R과 멜-1B-R은 구아닌 뉴클레오티드 결합 조절 단백질(G 단백질)-결합 수용체의 슈퍼 계열에 속하는 수용체입니다. 멜라토닌 수용체를 통한 신호는 아데닐레이트 시클라제를 억제하고 백일해 독소(PTX)에 민감한 G 단백질이 활성화되면 포스포리파아제 Cb를 자극합니다. MEL-1A-R은 생체 시계의 속도를 조절하는 데 관여할 수 있습니다. 그러나 MEL-1A-R과 MEL-1B-R은 모두 멜라토닌에 반응하여 세포 성장을 조절하는 데 관여합니다.

any blocking peptide available for MEL-1A/B-R? Why not separate antibody for specific MT1 and MT2 receptors?

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately there is no blocking peptide available for this antibody as it was not made against a peptide. We would suggest using a negative control using a control IgG. We do not offer separate antibodies for the two receptors currently.

Are there any issues with using sc-398788: MEL-1A/B-R (B-8) mouse monoclonal primary antibody on mouse samples?

Thank you for your inquiry. The use of mouse monoclonal antibodies with mouse samples is very common and typically poses no problem. To eliminate any potential cross-reactivity of an anti-mouse secondary detection reagent,we recommend using a directly conjugated primary antibody.
