Inhibin α 항체(D-4)는 인간 유래의 Inhibin 알파 단백질을 WB, IP, IF 및 ELISA로 검출하는 IgG1 κ 마우스 모노클로날 Inhibin 알파 항체(Inhibin α 항체라고도 함)입니다. 인히빈 알파 항체(D-4)는 비접합 항-인히빈 알파 항체 형태와 아가로스, HRP, PE, FITC 및 다중 Alexa Fluor® 접합체를 포함한 여러 접합 형태의 항-인히빈 알파 항체 형태로 제공됩니다. 인히빈은 뇌하수체 난포 자극 호르몬(FSH)의 분비를 우선적으로 억제하는 생식선 단백질입니다. 인히빈은 두 개의 서브유닛, 즉 인히빈 A와 인히빈 B로 구성되며, 각 서브유닛은 동일한 α 서브유닛으로 구성되며, β-α 또는 β-β의 두 가지 서브유닛 중 하나에 공유 결합되어 있습니다. 원래 난소 난포액에서 분리되어 이황화 연결 이합체 당단백질로 특징지어지는 인히빈은 성장 및 분화 인자의 변형 성장 인자 β(TGFβ) 슈퍼 계열에 속합니다. TGFβ 단백질은 생식 기능 외에도 다양한 조직과 시스템에 영향을 미칩니다. 인히빈은 생식 기관의 내분비 피드백 역할 외에도 뇌, 부신, 골수, 태반, 특히 뇌하수체 전엽을 포함한 수많은 생식선 외 조직에서 국소 조절 역할을 담당합니다. 인간 전립선암에서 인히빈 α 서브유닛 유전자 발현이 하향 조절되어 종양 억제 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났습니다. 인간 인히빈 α 유전자는 염색체 2q33-q36에 매핑됩니다.

연구용으로만 사용가능합니다. 진단이나 치료용으로 사용불가합니다.

In your product citations it states that this antibody was used on FFPE tissue for IHC staining, there is only information on antigen retrieval and nothing on concentration used. What is the recommended dilution for IHC-P?

What is the recommended fixation method for immunofluorescence staining with Inhibin α (D-4): sc-365439 monoclonal antibody?
