IL-17 항체(G-4)는 마우스, 쥐 및 인간 유래의 IL-17 단백질을 WB, IP, IF 및 ELISA로 검출하는 IgG2a κ 마우스 단일 클론 IL-17 항체(IL17 항체, IL17A 항체 또는 인터루킨 17 항체로도 지정됨)입니다. IL-17 항체(G-4)는 비접합 항-IL-17 항체 형태뿐만 아니라 아가로스, HRP, PE, FITC 및 다중 Alexa Fluor® 접합체를 포함한 여러 접합 형태의 항-IL-17 항체 형태로도 사용할 수 있습니다. 사이토카인은 작고 수용성인 단백질로 다양한 세포 유형에 영향을 미치는 플레오트로픽 효과를 가지고 있습니다. 사이토카인은 면역 체계를 조절하고 염증 반응의 측면을 매개하는 기능을 합니다. 사이토카인은 막 결합 수용체의 결합을 통해 생물학적 효과를 발휘하여 신호 전달 캐스케이드를 시작하고 표적 세포의 생리적 변화를 유도합니다. 인터루킨-17(IL-17)과 그 유사 수용체인 IL-17R은 이러한 사이토카인 수용체 쌍의 한 예입니다. 원래 CTLA8이라고 하는 설치류 cDNA로 확인된 IL-17은 인간 섬유아세포 배양에서 IL-6 및 IL-8의 분비를 유도하고 ICAM-1의 발현을 증가시킬 수 있습니다. IL-17 단백질은 그 기능을 모방하는 HSV13 단백질과 놀라울 정도로 상동성을 나타냅니다. IL-17 수용체는 비장과 신장에서 많이 발현되는 864 아미노산 길이의 제1형 막단백질로, 비장과 신장에서 많이 발현됩니다.

연구용으로만 사용가능합니다. 진단이나 치료용으로 사용불가합니다.

Do you have any references for this product being used successfully for IF stunning? If so, do you have an image and what the best positive control would be along with a dilution or other helpful information regarding protocol?

Hi, I would like to test the IL-17 Antibody (G-4): sc-374218. We need to screen a large cohort of HCC patients and we are optimizing panels. Could you give a 10 ug free sample? Thank you!

I was looking for antibody for IHC and santcruz 1l 17 H(1-32) sc 7927 I wanted order but that is discontinued and you recommend this il 17 G antibody but i dont see that it can be used for IHC. can you please help me out with it if i can use this antibody

Can you recommend a negative control to use with IL-17 (G-4): sc-374218 monoclonal antibody?

I am using the LiCor/Odyssey system. Which secondary antibody do you recommend using with IL-17 (G-4): sc-374218?

We recommend using one of our our exclusive Mouse IgG Binding Proteins (m-IgGκ) conjugated to CFL 680 or CFL 790. They are suitable for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR/Odyssey and other comparable systems.
