HDAC6 Antibody (D-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects HDAC6 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). HDAC6 (D-11) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. HDAC6 plays a crucial role in regulating cellular processes by deacetylating non-histone proteins, which influences various signaling pathways and cellular functions. HDAC6 (D-11) monoclonal antibody recognizes a protein involved in cytoskeleton regulation and essential for proper microtubule functioning, which are vital for cell shape, motility, and intracellular transport. HDAC6′s ability to interact with and deacetylate tubulin highlights its importance in maintaining cellular architecture and function.
