GRP 75, GRP 78 와GRP 94를 위한 Glucose-Regulated Protein 항체

GRP 94 항체(9G10)는 웨스턴 블롯(WB), 면역침전법(IP), 면역형광법(IF), 면역조직화학법 등을 통해 쥐, 쥐, 인간, 닭에서 유래된 GRP 94 단백질을 검출하는 쥐 단일클론 IgG2a 항체입니다. 항-GRP 94 항체(9G10)는 비접합 형태와 아가로스, 과산화효소(HRP), 피코에리트로핀(PE), 플루오레세인 이소티오시아네이트(FITC), 다중 알렉사 플루오르® 접합체를 포함한 다양한 접합 형태로 제공됩니다. 열 충격 단백질 90kDa 베타 멤버 1(HSP90B1)으로도 알려진 GRP 94 단백질은 세포 내 소포체(ER)에 위치한 분자 샤페론으로서 중요한 역할을 담당합니다. 특히 GRP 94는 세포 신호 전달과 면역 반응에 관여하는 단백질의 적절한 접힘과 성숙을 돕습니다. Can GRP 94 (9G10): sc-32249 monoclonal antibody be used in IF or IHC with mouse tissue or cells? Will there be non-specific staining?

Thank you for your inquiry. The use of mouse monoclonal antibodies with mouse samples is very common and typically poses no problem. To eliminate any potential cross-reactivity of an anti-mouse secondary detection reagent, GRP 94 (9G10): sc-32249 is available in a variety of direct conjugations, such as HRP, PE, FITC and AlexaFluors.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Highly potent and very specific antibodyThis monoclonal antibody was independently tested in-house by Kinexus Bioinformatics Corporation and validated for use for Western blotting. There was very strong detection of the ~94 kDa target protein in a HeLa/Jurkat cell lysate mix, but the target was not detected in mouse tissues (brain/testes/thymus/muscle mix). No major cross-reactivities were observed at 2 µg/ml antibody concentration with off-target proteins in the mouse tissues tested or in the HeLa/Jurkat cell lysate mix.
