GRP 75 항체(D-9)는 마우스 단일 클론 IgG1 카파 경쇄 항체로, 웨스턴 블롯팅(WB), 면역 침전(IP), 면역 형광(IF), 파라핀 내장 절편을 이용한 면역 조직 화학(IHCP) 및 효소 연결 면역 흡착 분석(ELISA)으로 마우스, 쥐 및 인간 유래의 GRP 75 단백질을 검출합니다. GRP 75(D-9) 항체는 비접합 형태와 아가로스, 홀스래디쉬 퍼옥시다제(HRP), 피코에리스린(PE), 플루오레세인 이소티오시안산염(FITC), 다중 Alexa Fluor® 접합체를 포함한 다양한 접합 형태 모두에서 사용할 수 있습니다. 열충격 단백질 패밀리 A(Hsp70) 멤버 9로도 알려진 GRP 75는 미토콘드리아 매트릭스에서 중요한 역할을 하며, 핵 및 미토콘드리아 DNA에서 유래하는 초기 폴리펩티드 사슬의 전위와 적절한 접힘을 돕습니다. 이 기능은 미토콘드리아의 완전성과 기능을 유지하는 데 필수적인데, 잘못 접힌 단백질은 미토콘드리아 기능 장애를 유발하고 신경 퇴행성 질환과 암을 비롯한 다양한 질병을 유발할 수 있기 때문입니다. Thank you for your question. Yes, GRP 75 (D-9): sc-133137 monoclonal antibody has been validated for use in IHC with paraffin-embedded sections. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Funzionamento buono!L'anticorpo anti GRP 75 sc-133137 (Lot #A3119) è stato testato su 2 e 5 µg di lisato proteico, estratto da mitocondri provenienti da cellule HeLa. Come si può notare dall'immagine del Western Blotting allegata, l' anticorpo fornisce un segnale intenso e corrispondente al peso molecolare della proteina da esso riconosciuta.
