    SEE ALSO...

FSBA Antibody (FSBA 2F5/5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG antibody that detects FSBA protein of non-species reactive (NSR) origins by immunoprecipitation (IP) and immunohistochemistry. Anti-FSBA antibody (FSBA 2F5/5) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. FSBA protein plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways, particularly in kinase activity regulation, which is essential for numerous physiological processes such as cell growth, differentiation, and metabolism. By covalently modifying conserved lysines in nucleotide-binding sites of kinases, FSBA serves as an ATP-affinity reagent that helps identify ATP-binding sites, providing insights into kinase regulation mechanisms. This modification influences enzyme activity and interaction with various substrates, ultimately affecting cellular responses to external signals. FSBA′s selective inactivation of ATP-diphosphohydrolase in human placental mitochondria inhibits progesterone synthesis and oxygen consumption, highlighting implications in reproductive biology and energy metabolism. With versatile applications and critical role in kinase research, FSBA monoclonal antibody (FSBA 2F5/5) serves as an invaluable tool for scientists exploring cellular signaling complexities.
