폴리스타틴 항체(C-8)는 마우스, 쥐 및 인간 유래의 폴리스타틴 단백질을 WB, IP, IF 및 ELISA로 검출하는 IgG2b κ 마우스 단일 클론 폴리스타틴 항체(Activin-Binding Protein 항체 또는 FS 항체로도 지정됨)입니다. 폴리스타틴 항체(C-8)는 비접합 항-폴리스타틴 항체 형태와 아가로스, HRP, PE, FITC 및 여러 Alexa Fluor® 접합체를 포함한 여러 접합 형태의 항-폴리스타틴 항체 형태로 제공됩니다. 폴리스타틴은 원래 난포 자극 호르몬(FSH)의 방출을 조절하는 역할을 위해 분리된 액티빈의 고친화성 결합 단백질입니다. 폴리스타틴은 형질 전환 성장 인자-베타(TGF-베타) 슈퍼 계열의 구성원인 액티빈 및 인히빈과 함께 상호 관련된 인자 그룹을 형성합니다. 액티빈, 폴리스타틴 및 액티빈 수용체는 많은 조직에서 발현되어 생식을 포함한 다양한 생리학적 과정의 자율신경/부신피질 조절자로서 기능합니다. 폴리스타틴은 뇌하수체 FSH 분비의 중요한 조절인자입니다.

I got bands at two locations from total protein lysates of mouse liver. Very dark bands appeared at 50 kDa, and less dark bands appeared slightly above 50 kDa. Which size band should I trust? Mouse IgG (Cell Signaling, 7076S) was used as 2nd antibody.

I need to use an antibody to detect the protein in samples of avian origin. Do you know if sc-365003: follistatin (C-8) mouse monoclonal antibody will work?
