Fascin 2를 위한 Fascin 항체

Fascin 1 항체(55K-2)는 웨스턴 블롯(WB), 면역침전(IP), 면역형광(IF), 면역조직화학 등의 응용을 통해 쥐, 쥐, 인간 표본에서 Fascin 1을 검출하는 쥐 단일클론 IgG1 kappa 경쇄 항체입니다. 항-파신 1 항체(55K-2)는 비접합 형태와 아가로스, 과산화효소(HRP), 피코에리트린(PE), 플루오레세인 이소티오시아네이트(FITC), 다중 알렉사 플루오르® 접합체를 포함한 다양한 접합체 형태로 제공됩니다. 파친1은 액틴 세포 골격의 조직에 중요한 역할을 담당하는데, 특히 세포의 부착과 이동에 필수적인 F-액틴 마이크로스파이크를 형성하는 데 중요한 역할을 담당합니다. 이러한 마이크로스파이크는 세포 외 기질 당단백질인 트롬보스폰딘1에 부착되어 형성되는데, 조직 재형성 및 상처 회복과 같은 세포 과정에 필수적입니다. 액틴 미세필라멘트를 묶음으로써, Fascin 1은 마이크로스파이크, 응력 섬유, 막 주름 등 역동적인 세포 구조의 구조적 완전성에 기여합니다. Fascin 1은 비정상적인 난소 상피 병리의 잠재적 예후 인자로 확인되었으며, 난소암 치료의 새로운 치료 표적이 되고 있습니다. 혈액과 조직 모두에서 수지상 세포를 식별하는 Fascin 1의 능력은 면역 반응과 세포 역학에서 그 중요성을 더욱 강조합니다.

Has the product been validated in mouse flow cytometry?

Thank you for your question. Anti-Fascin 1 Antibody (55K-2) is recommended for detection of Fascin 1 of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF and IHC(P). It has not been validated by flow cytometry.

Is it possible to have this antibody formulated without any gelatin? We would like to conjugate it to metal tags of Imaging Mass Cytometry, but are worried the 0.1% gelatin might affect the conjugation efficiency.

Can you recommend a positive control to use with Fascin 1 (55K-2): sc-21743 monoclonal antibody for Western blot?

We recommend NIH/3T3: sc-2210, SH-SY5Y: sc-3812 or Hep G2: sc-2227 whole cell lysates to use as positive controls as we have great Western blot data showing specific detection of Fascin 1 in these cell lines.
