에스트로겐 수용체 알파 항체(F-10)는 인간 에스트로겐 수용체 알파(ERα)의 C-말단에서 576-595번 아미노산 사이에 있는 에피토프를 대상으로 만들어낸 쥐 단일 클론 IgG2a 카파 경쇄 항체입니다. ERα 단일 클론 항체(F-10)는 웨스턴 블롯(WB), 면역침전법(IP), 면역형광법(IF), 파라핀 포매 섹션의 면역조직화학(IHCP), 효소결합 면역흡착 분석법(ELISA)을 통해 인간 표본에서 ERα를 검출합니다. ERα는 핵 호르몬 수용체이며 스테로이드/갑상선 호르몬 수용체 슈퍼패밀리의 일원으로, 리간드 활성화 전사 인자로서 기능하며, 자궁과 유선을 포함한 생식 조직의 정상적인 기능을 조절하는 데 중요한 역할을 합니다. 에스트로겐에 결합하면, ERα는 형태 변화를 겪고, 열 충격 단백질로부터 분리되어 이합체화되며, 핵으로 이동합니다. 이 때, ERα는 세포 성장, 분화, 생식 기능에 관여하는 표적 유전자의 전사를 조절하기 위해 에스트로겐 반응 요소(EREs)로 알려진 특정 DNA 서열에 결합합니다. I used this antibody to stain every step of a pull down performed with this antibody.. I see two bands in the pull down - one around 55 kDa and one around 25 kDa. What could the lower one be? - Normal HeLa cells were used. Thanks

What amino acids does this antibody target on ERa? Does it cover the AF1 domain and the AF2 (Ligand binding domain)? Or does it just cover the AF2 Domain (Ligand Binding Domain)?
