DsRed 항체

DsRed2 항체(25)는 DsRed2 단백질을 검출하는 IgG1 κ 마우스 단일 클론 DsRed2 항체(적색 형광 단백질 항체, DsRed2 항체, 형광 단백질 항체, DsRed 2A/ K5E/ K9T/ V105A/ I161T/ S197A 항체, 시각 보고 항체, 선택 마커 항체, 형광 선택 또는 Discosoma sp DsRed2 항체로도 지정됨)입니다. DsRed2 항체(25)는 비접합 항-DsRed2 항체 형태뿐만 아니라 아가로스, HRP, PE, FITC 및 여러 Alexa Fluor® 접합체를 포함한 여러 접합 형태의 항-DsRed2 항체 형태로도 사용할 수 있습니다. 박테리아, 곤충 및 포유류 숙주에서 진핵생물 유전자의 코딩 영역을 발현하기 위한 플라스미드 벡터가 일반적으로 사용되며, 이러한 발현 벡터는 진핵생물 표적 단백질과 형광 시각화를 위해 설계된 특수 영역으로 구성된 하이브리드 융합 단백질을 인코딩하는 데 자주 사용됩니다. 일반적인 형광 태그에는 녹색 형광 단백질(GFP)과 DsRed의 변종인 적색 형광 단백질 2(DsRed2)가 있습니다. What’s the difference between DsRed and DsRed2?

DsRed2 is a variant of the original red fluorescent protein (DsRed), but it has been slightly modified with point mutations that improve the solubility and decrease the time from transfection to detection. DsRed2 has a very high signal-to-noise ratio.

Can this antibody be used to detect other red fluorescent proteins such as RFP or mCherry?

The signal is good but some bands originating from degradation are not recognized (see figure. Antibody used at 1/1000). These bands are important for me as I study protein degradation so I will not use it because of that.
