DsRed 항체(E-8)는 DsRed 단백질을 검출하는 IgG2b κ 마우스 단일 클론 DsRed 항체(적색 형광 단백질(RFP) DsRed 항체라고도 함)입니다. DsRed 항체(E-8)는 비접합 항-DsRed 항체 형태뿐만 아니라 아가로스, HRP, PE, FITC 및 여러 Alexa Fluor® 접합체를 포함한 여러 접합 형태의 항-DsRed 항체 형태로도 사용할 수 있습니다. 박테리아, 곤충 및 포유류 숙주에서 진핵생물 유전자의 코딩 영역을 발현하기 위한 플라스미드 벡터가 일반적으로 사용되며, 이러한 발현 벡터는 진핵생물 표적 단백질과 융합 단백질의 형광 시각화를 위해 설계된 특수 영역으로 구성된 하이브리드 융합 단백질을 인코딩하는 데 자주 사용됩니다. Is this antibody recognise tdTomato as well?

Thank you for your question. We have not tested this antibody for its reactivity with dTomato. Due to the mismatches between the amino acid sequences of dTomato and DsRed, it is likely that the antibody will not be able to detect dTomato.

Can this antibody be used to detect other red fluorescent protein dTomato?

Thank you for your question. We have not tested this antibody for its reactivity with dTomato. Due to the mismatches between the amino acid sequences of dTomato and DsRed, it is likely that the antibody will not be able to detect dTomato.

IHC 1:500 in 5% NGS+2% BSA in PBST block. WB: 1:100-1:5000 in 5% milk. No specific bands or IHC signal (not also present in negative controls) was detected.
