Rated 2 out of 5 by from Specific band seen but at wrong molecular weightI transfected my miRNA into the cells and expected to see decrease in cyclin E protein. I saw decrease in protein expression but the protein is located at 120 kDa, rather than 55 kDa. Therefore, i can't determine whether the protein at 120 kDa is cyclin E or not. Hope to get help from you all very soon. Thanks!
