Rated 1 out of 5 by from B-3 mAb did not work in IF on heart sectionsI tested this mAb by IF on frozen mouse heart sections, in a dilution range 1:10 to 1:100. Unfortunately the mAb did not work. As a control I unsed an anti Cx40 pAb which gave a good and specific staining.
