COL3A1 항체(B-10)는 마우스, 쥐 및 인간 유래의 COL3A1 단백질을 WB, IP, IF 및 ELISA로 검출하는 IgG1 κ 마우스 단일 클론 COL3A1 항체(콜라겐 타입 III 알파 1 사슬 항체라고도 지정됨)입니다. Hi! Sorry for bothering you. Using COL3A1 Antibody (B-10): sc-271249 I have detected Collagen type 3 in cancer cells with molecular weight around 70kDa. Usually, Col3a1 is around 100 or higher. Can you please comment on this? Thank you.

What is the dilution used for immunohistochemistry? Thank you

Does your antibody recognize nature or denature form of human collagen III, under reducing or nonreducing condition?

Thank you for your question. All of the published Western blot data is using this antibody under reducing and denaturing conditions. We have not tested this antibody under non-reducing conditions.

I tested the COL3A1 Antibody (B-10): sc-271249 in human fibroblasts. I got a clear band but it was close to 250kD. And I found some other companies' COL3A1 antibodies also recognize a 250kD band. Does anyone have the observation?

Thank you for your question. We have representative Western blot data using this specific antibody published on our website. We would recommend searching the primary literature for further information about higher molecular weight forms of COL3A1 that might be observed in Western blot.
