CMTM4 Antibody (1E8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects CMTM4 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-CMTM4 antibody (1E8) is available as the non-conjugated monoclonal isotype antibody. CMTM4, also known as CKLF-like MARVEL transmembrane domain containing 4 or CKLFSF4, is a 234 amino acid protein that plays a crucial role in cellular signaling and immune responses. CMTM4 is predominantly expressed in the testis and prostate, where CMTM4 is involved in the regulation of cell proliferation and differentiation. A multi-pass membrane structure, characterized by the presence of one MARVEL domain, is essential for CMTM4 function, as this structure facilitates interactions with other membrane proteins and signaling molecules.
