Datasheets
  • CD30 Antibody (C-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 κ CD30 antibody, cited in 3 publications, provided at 200 µg/ml
  • raised against amino acids 416-595 mapping within a C-terminal cytoplasmic domain of CD30 of human origin
  • CD30 Antibody (C-3) is recommended for detection of CD30 long and short form of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF and ELISA
  • Anti-CD30 Antibody (C-3) is available conjugated to agarose for IP; HRP for WB, IHC(P) and ELISA; and to either phycoerythrin or FITC for IF, IHC(P) and FCM
  • also available conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 488, Alexa Fluor® 546, Alexa Fluor® 594 or Alexa Fluor® 647 for WB (RGB), IF, IHC(P) and FCM, and for use with RGB fluorescent imaging systems, such as iBright™ FL1000, FluorChem™, Typhoon, Azure and other comparable systems
  • also available conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 680 or Alexa Fluor® 790 for WB (NIR), IF and FCM; for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR®Odyssey®, iBright™ FL1000, FluorChem™, Typhoon, Azure and other comparable systems
  • m-IgG Fc BP-HRP and m-IgG1 BP-HRP are the preferred secondary detection reagents for CD30 Antibody (C-3) for WB applications. These reagents are now offered in bundles with CD30 Antibody (C-3) (see ordering information below).

CD30 Antibody (C-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects CD30 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CD30 (C-3) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CD30, a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor family, plays a crucial role in regulating immune responses and is primarily expressed on activated T and B lymphocytes, as well as neoplastic cells in Hodgkin′s lymphoma and other hematologic malignancies. CD30 structure, characterized by a cysteine-rich extracellular domain, is essential for ligand binding and subsequent signaling pathways that influence cell proliferation and survival. CD30 interacts with CD30L, which can have dual effects on cell growth; while promoting proliferation in Hodgkin′s cell lines, CD30L exhibits antiproliferative effects on large cell anaplastic lymphoma cell lines, highlighting the complexity of CD30 signaling in different cellular contexts. Anti-CD30 antibody (C-3) serves as a valuable tool for studying CD30 role in both normal immune function and pathological conditions.
